Maajabu Africa Safaris ensures your booking process is smooth, secure, and transparent.

Booking Procedure

  1. Contact us via email, phone, or booking form.

  2. Provide full details of all travelers and any special requirements.

  3. Confirm preferred dates and itinerary.

Deposit and Payment
A 35% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 61 days before departure. For bookings made within 61 days of departure, full payment is required.

  • Bank transfers

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

  • Mobile money payments (local clients)

Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is received and written confirmation is issued. The person making the booking acts as the primary contact for all travelers.

Changes to Bookings
Corrections or changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Refunds
